Trek 24-7 is a program for middle-school and junior-high students. From mature Christians to unchurched nonbelievers, seventh- and eighth-graders have wide-ranging spiritual, emotional, social and physical needs.
Meeting young people at ALL levels
Trek 24-7, our ministry for junior-high students, meets the needs of youth at three different levels.
- One level (Come See) targets youth who do not follow Christ.
- A second level (Come Follow) helps young or nominal believers grow in their faith.
- Another level (Come Serve) trains committed teenagers for leadership, ministry service and a deeper walk with God.
Young people are given opportunities to put their faith in action by getting involved in service projects and serving their church.
Something for everyone
Trek 24-7 meetings take that same three-tiered approach by offering something for everyone.
- A feature event uses spirited games and activities to attract youth who do not know Christ to church and then make them feel at home.
- Large group time communicates a single Bible truth that may be easily grasp.
- Young people are then organized into small groups according to their spiritual needs.
After two years in the program, your young adults will have:
- Recited up to 334 verses
- Been exposed to the gospel on a weekly basis
- Studied real-life topics like dating, honesty, peer pressure and temptation from a relevant biblical perspective
- Been trained to serve and follow Christ through the struggles of daily life.
